I have found this website and have been using the Glitter Graphics on this forum. I have 8 forums, but I have been using them on this forum for right now. Go to: http://www.glitter-graphics.com/
I will help you use the links on this forum & other forums that you may belong to. 
1. Click on the picture and/or word you like
2. Find "Copy this code to your profile or website:"

3. Remove everthing, but the image link
This is what it looks like now.

4. Add [img] to the left of the link
5. Add [/img] to the right of the link
